Certificate information for eligible products
This page explains who may receive a certificate, what completion conditions apply, how certificates are delivered, and what certificate claims do not mean.
Certificate types used on this website
Eligible products may include either a Certificate of Completion or a Professional Training Certificate of Completion. The relevant product page states whether a certificate is included.
Certificate of Completion conditions
- 1. Complete all required program modules or training steps.
- 2. Complete any required assignments, activities, or assessments listed for the selected product.
- 3. Meet the minimum completion requirements stated on the relevant product page.
- 4. Provide the correct name and contact details required for certificate issuance.
- 5. Comply with the program rules and acceptable-use requirements.
- 6. Have no outstanding payment obligations relating to the purchased product.
Assessment and delivery
If a course includes an assessment or activity requirement, that requirement is stated on the product page. Where no formal examination is listed, the learner must complete the required course content and activities. Certificates are generally delivered digitally by email or through the learner-access method used by the platform.
