How It Works

What happens before and after purchase

Use this page to understand product selection, purchase handling, access timing, digital delivery, invoice follow-up, certificate delivery, support, and refund steps.

Customer journey

  1. 1. The customer selects a training program or service.
  2. 2. The customer reviews the description, price, delivery method, timing, certificate conditions, and refund rules.
  3. 3. The customer completes payment securely through Stripe on the selected product page.
  4. 4. The customer receives payment confirmation.
  5. 5. For eligible training products, access instructions are normally sent within 1 business day after confirmed payment.
  6. 6. For digital courses or support services, service-specific access instructions are sent according to the relevant product description.
  7. 7. An invoice or payment document is prepared and sent after payment confirmation through the existing invoice process.
  8. 8. Support is available through info@upafa.online.
  9. 9. Refund requests may be submitted within 14 calendar days.
  10. 10. Approved refunds are processed within 5-6 business days.

Course access

After payment is successfully confirmed, access instructions for eligible training products are normally sent within 1 business day to the email address provided during purchase.

Digital delivery

Digital delivery timing may differ by product. Access instructions are shared after the relevant service request or purchase is reviewed.

Invoices and payment documents

Your invoice or payment document will be prepared and sent after payment confirmation. Payment documents are managed separately through the UPAFA Invoice Portal.

Certificate delivery

Eligible certificates are generally delivered digitally by email or through the learner-access method used by the platform.

Refund processing

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of purchase. Approved refunds are processed within 5-6 business days.
